I think it may be possible Trump has some sort of cancer

I know someone whose first signs of illness was falling asleep anytime, anywhere.

Anecdotal. But tossing it out there.

…. Isn’t the best so we can hope those malignant cells are little metabolic factories just churning
and burning as they are being copied.

I don't know if he has cancer but he certainly is a cancer in our government and he's metastatized into many levels.

Sleep apnea, depression, insomnia, some tumors, kidney failure, psychotropic drugs, strokes, neurological damage, etc.

If I was in a worse mood, I might hope for him to have all of the above.

other issues, such as diabetes or heart issues. A lot of meds list drowsiness as a side effect.

One CAN have several morbidities occurring simultaneously and perhaps they found something serendipitously while looking at something else. Or perhaps they didn’t. Hoo nose?
