Just what I need. An email from Dr Oz (via Medicare) about mental health.

Nowhere did it say the demise of maga and its buffoon leader would do the most for our collective mental health.

The TV doctor who offers dubious medical advice.

https://factually.co/fact-checks/health/dr-oz-criticism-consequences-tinnitus-remedies-4926c0

Dr. Mehmet Oz has faced broad criticism over the years for promoting health claims on his show that lack solid evidence; independent fact‑checks have found less than one‑third of advice on The Dr. Oz Show could be backed by modest medical evidence

The majority of my stress and anxiety comes from appointments and actions in the Trump administration of folks who were on TV with bullshit advice and less than factual news (lies).

My mental health will improve immensely when the star of The Apprentice and all his gang of bullshitters are gone.

Haven't read it yet.

On edit: Sounds just as spacey as his TV show.

Best to disengage, for to think about it invites madness.
