The cooks have to stand outside and block the window for him.

I guess so no reporters can get a photo. This one may have been leaked?

This tired, deeply-damaged man is so needy. He has to have references to him being president on his hat, on his shirt, and on a golf-framed placard next to his overcooked cheeseburger he's almost too-out-of-it to eat.

No seriously look at the wispy strands of hair hanging out the sides and back. No wig on today.

Also ... this is a new hat he's wearing. The goal is to sell the MAGAs an all-new red hat because they stopped buying the old ones.

It's worth the time to take a look at Morrell's bio:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theodor_Morell
Substances administered to Hitler...
Morell kept a medical diary of the drugs, tonics, vitamins, and other substances he administered to Hitler, usually by injection (up to 20 times per day) or in pill form.

We can hope he's put our Sec. Of Health in charge of his medical treatments. If only.

He's definitely being drugged, imo.

Crumb The 1st and Melanie are and the way they dress. In this picture notice the shoulder seam on the left arm and how it is way below the top line of the shoulder. this happens with men who are grossly obese. Manufacturers of these shirts, this is probably foreign made, make these in big and tall with a proportioning between the shoulder size/spread, neck size, length and girth. But big guys, I am one, will often struggle to find a shirt that is right in all of the proportions for them.

In other words if they find one that isn't too tight looking around the stomach it may be way too big in other areas. Also there isn't much standardization/quality control on a lot of this stuff. So a 3XL from one manufacturer might be the same girth as a 4XL from another but the other proportions are out of whack as well. My fellow big guys here on DU know the frustration of this sort of thing. One thing we do when we find something that fits right is to buy multiples of the same product in different colors/patterns. Until that manufacturer switches factories and then things don't fit anymore. But I digress.

The point here, and I've made before, is that here is this "billionaire big shot" and he doesn't bother to have clothes tailored to fit. Peanuts in cost compared to his pot of grifted money. Somebody probably brought him a 3XL, 4XL and a 5XL to try on before they sent them out for the patches to be sown on and any embroidery. So he tried them on until he decided one didn't bind him in girth too bad and they ordered a bunch and sent them for the needlework.

But instead of being self aware and caring about how his clothes fit and present to other people he just goes on looking dumpy and poorly put together. Amazing how a man so obsessed with how his hair looks obviously gives a crap less about how his clothes fit. You can be a big and tall size and look better by having a decent relationship with a good tailor to do alterations.

I probably interact with a dozen better candidates every day.

Nice work, a$$holes.
