Also I believe Epstein was an investment counselor for several oligarchs who wanted to buy US properties, stocks, and other investments. Epstein helped them navigate the financial waters, for a large fee of course.

It might have been Epstein who set up the oligarchs to buy the overpriced condos in the Chump family hotels. The oligarchs couldn't buy directly in their own names, they had to set up dummy Delaware corporations with American-sounding names like "ABC Investments Inc." in which they were the sole owners. That's how they purchased properties, US stocks and securities, etc.

Trump envoy Witkoff negotiated it, details and threats to Ukraine were public for multiple days, and Rubio didn't dispute it then, only after the plan got a bad reception and rejected by Europe.
