what the divorce rate is among Republicans compared to Democrats.

No marriage is perfect, but some people are more inclined to be honest, forgiving, and willing to search for solutions and to make compromises and be accepting.

Others are cheaters and womanizers and paedophiles... etc etc.

Some partners of total assholes will put up with a lot of shit if money is involved.

Having just written the above, this unfortunately also applies to battered spouse in a household where one partner controls everything. Seeing this not as a class issue but just a dominance one.

(Note that I tried to be gender-neutral in my response, but we all know which gender is almost always the transgressor.)
