So Ukraine is being asked

to accept a security arrangement by countries that gave them a security arrangement before that they didn't follow through on.

So to sum it up they are saying "We guaranteed your territorial protection and we're really sorry that we didn't and now a huge part of your land is gone, many thousands have died and thousands of your children have been kidnapped. But we'd really like you to stop fighting the country that invaded you and did all of this. So listen if you agree to stop fighting, maybe give up land and minerals, we'll guarantee your territorial protection for what you have left."

It's like being in a relationship and hearing your partner say "Listen I know this is the 5th time you caught me cheating on you but I promise I'll never do it again."

I'm team Ukraine all the way. They gave up nukes for this arrangement. The world failed them.

Now is the time for the world to step up and stop the carnage against innocent Ukrainians.

a Prize Peace Nobel.

Asshole won't know the difference.

It should be on a gold painted plaque with black lettering and a base of red with "maga" etched on the bottom.

8. Ukraine desperately needs more men in military

Ukraine is in a hard place with fewer men and many leaving the country. Jeffrey Sacks said about one million Ukrainians have been affected - civilians who died, soldiers injured and soldiers who died.
If the war continues, Ukraine could end up losing more land. It’s complex.

“With Desertions, Low Recruitment, Ukraine's Infantry Crisis Deepens”

“As Russia presses its offensive, Ukraine faces a crisis experts say is as critical as its shortages of ammunition and weapons: a dwindling supply of infantry.

"Drivers, artillerymen, and cooks" are holding the line, says Bohdan Krotevich, an officer formerly with the Azov Brigade's headquarters. "A maximum of 12 fighters hold sections 5-10 kilometers wide."

The lack of manpower is allowing Russia to employ what Ukraine's commander in chief, Oleksandr Syrskiy, recently called "total infiltration" tactics. Small infantry groups make it through Ukrainian lines -- including into Pokrovsk, the key city in the Donetsk region that is likely the main target of Russia's current offensive.”

The conscription age in Ukraine was 27 until it was recently dropped to 25. There are actually a few million men in the 18-25 age bracket that could be called into service if the situation worsens.

Tell your war-criminal boyfriend to stop bombing and kidnapping people, and to order all his troops to leave all of Ukraine's territory, including Crimea right effin NOW.

As Simple As That!

so they're in a position to tell Putin and his pet piggy in the White House to take that agreement and shove it where the sun never shines.

Ukraine has no mechanism by which to cede territory to anyone for any reason. Putin is just going to have to bleed his country to death trying to keep what he's managed to conquer.

There is no negotiation with Putin. He's a hard core terrorist, the finest product of the KGB. His word on anything is no good and treaties are a waste of paper.

They once pledged to keep Ukraine whole,
Then stood by as invaders took toll.
Now they’re back with a plea:
“Trust our next guarantee!”
It’s like, “Sure, I’ll behave—cross my soul!”

"We'll protect you!" they said with a grin,
Then stood by as the tanks rolled right in.
Now they’re back, bold and breezy:
"Just surrender — it's easy!
And this time we swear we won’t spin."

“You can trust us!” they earnestly said,
Though the last vow lay gasping and dead.
Now they’re back with a smile:
“Just forgive us this while—
We’ve only betrayed you in bed!”

They said, “We’ll defend you, for real!”
Then ghosted mid-tank tread and steal.
Now they’re back, hearts a-flutter:
“Let’s just sweep that in the gutter—
This time, babe, I swear I won’t cheat the deal!”
