ironically enabled by far-right GQP House members
who think that the Senate bill does not do ENOUGH to starve less-rich Americans
and take away their healthcare.....

This is a procedural motion which does not 'kill' the bill,
but stops it for the moment....

Not sure why other people are posting that it has 'passed',
that is inaccurate or ignorant or cruel, at this moment
(and I just rechecked my smartphone newsapp to make sure that was not true, at this hour)
