Question about if it has to go back to the senate

Will we have our fillerbuster back seeing that the majority can only use the 50 vote thing once per session? So it is almost certainly dead until at least next year.

No. It's still considered the same bill. Wiz Imp Jul 2025 #1
How is a tie vote decided in the House? Or is it? brush Jul 2025 #3
It isn't. A bill needs a clear majority to pass the House. A tie means the bill fails. Wiz Imp Jul 2025 #4

"What a tie vote means in the House

According to House rules, in the case of a tie vote, a question before the chamber "shall be lost." In the lower chamber, where Republicans hold just a slim majority and often see a handful of defections among their conference, there's no tie-breaker. Unlike in the Senate, where a tie-breaking vote may be cast, no one is brought in to resolve the issue.'
