Oh, and the never-ending praise and adoration from his close circle of sycophantic idiots he chose in his cabinet... That's about all he really cares (plus the security of never ending in a jail cell for the rest of his psychopathic life that was never his responsibility and never will be). Why would he have to bother with anything he can't comprehend by reading, something he hates to do. He doesn't care about voters, he only wants their votes.
Bonus: A gold-plated (inside) 747 "Flying Palace" and bribes from corporate "media" outlets he sues as settlement based on quid-pro-quo's because he can illegally threaten them to remove their licenses if they don't pay tens of millions (to pay for the fuel his future taxpayers-funded $1 Trillion refurbished plane based on AF1 designs and features will need to travel to Saudi-Arabia and Moscow after his term, which could never come since he may be plotting with his corrupt DOJ to cancel all future elections).
