It's obvious he never listened to the words or has a very low comprehension of what they are singing about.

He'll sit there and nod his head back and forth to the music and fall asleep.

Andy's comment reminds me of one attributed to Tom Lehrer, who, it is said, announced his retirement from poitical satire when kissinger was awarded a Nobel peace prize.

his face looks like a corpse that should have been buried at least five days ago.

I think another one of these is in order.

That is bizarre. How can they let him go out looking like that?

I do not recommend looking at this. Now I’ll never get to sleep.

But seriously, I'll repeat your question.
Who let him go out like that?

How much longer is this sickening spectacle going to go on?

His appearance—the catheter, the dragging leg. That view of him from the side when he tripped on the airplane stairs showed the cheap facelift he had decades ago. The braces under the trousers on both legs. He is falling apart before our very eyes.

And the physical deterioration isn’t even the worst of it. He says absurdities like at the Kennedy Center where he claimed he halved the deficit in 2 and a half months. Melania just stood there with her squinty eyes and her look at me pose. This is acceptable behavior? When she knows full well how much damage he is causing?

Yesh, yeah, spare me the “she doesn’t care” remarks everyone.
Just the fact that he might face plant at any moment should elicit some sort of restraint on her part. Self-preservation, if nothing else.

All of us have seen someone who has aged poorly, but this reaches new territory. Never in public life has anyone seen such insane influence that so damages others. I am speaking specifically of this idiot military parade while millions will be cast off Medicaid. Millions have to be spent on street repair so this decrepit fool can live out his Putin fantasy.

Republicans know full well that it’s their supporters who are likely to go off the rails and assassinate him. Not a one of them has the courage to end this public derangement.
