The White House grounds has it's own staff of gardeners and landscape professionals and I read where they contract with 2 or 3 very high end nursery's in the DC area that supply the grounds with all manner of plants, including the roses.

Sure, what Trumpy did and will do is an insult, but the building and the grounds are still under the auspices of The National Park Service and the White House Historical Association.

They will modify it to a presidents taste within reason and tackiness, but every thing can be redone and put back like it was.
