At this point, I'm not so sure either one of them will listen to anyone about getting the kind of help they need.

You can sort of get a few things through to them while they're in narcissistic collapse, but then they'll blame you for the collapse when they're pulling out of it and reject everything you said to them.

While I think Musk is a mess right now, I don't see him as a malignant narcissist. The poorly treated ADHD is pretty obvious but that's so front and center that it obscures whatever else is going on. The rest of his traveling pharmacy (if reports are accurate) doesn't seem to be helping him.
