I Don't Know How Much More of this I Can Take

Milquetoast Garland refused to investigation the overthrow of the US government by Trump on January 6th, yet Trump is opening a criminal investigation of Biden's use of the autopen.

Ken Star threw Susan MacDougal in jail for refusing to honor a subpoena during the fishing expedition Clinton investigation, yet Karl Rove, Jim Jordan and many others ignored Congressional subpoenas.

This country is broken beyond repair. 🤬🤯

I’m not sure what President Obama saw in him, when he wanted to nominate him for the supreme court.

... as being the best candidate that could get passed through a Republican Senate.

No progressive would pass that confirmation process.

A better question is what Biden saw in Garland.

And only appoint Jack Smith because the January 6th Commission forced him to.

Also, I don't appreciate your condescending tone!

And what was Jack Smith drawing a paycheck for as Special counsel?

You clearly don’t have the facts straight.

Ken Starr didn’t “throw Susan MacDougal” in jail, the judge who signed the subpeona did, for contempt of court

I’m not aware of Karl Rove ignoring a judicial subpeona.

Jim Jordan and others ignored congressional subpeonas, which aren’t signed by judges, and have no enforcement mechanism for contempt of congress, outside of inherent contempt, which hasn’t been used for 90 something years.

So, it appears your “this”, of which you don’t know how much more you can take, is poorly/inaccurately defined- a clearer understanding of the facts might provide some relief.

Rove never ignored a judicial subpeona, only a congressional one.

There are consequences for ignoring a judicial subpoena, enforced by the court.

You are upset because you believe Garland did “nothing” for two years, when that belief is provably false, refuted by a massive body of publicly available evidence.

If you informed yourself with these readily available facts, perhaps your distress would be relieved.
