A federal judge granted permission for Kilmar Abrego Garcia's lawyer to seek sanctions against the government.

I am not sure who is directing the DOJ legal strategy in these cases. The DOJ is pissing off a number of judges by refusing to comply with rulings. This is normally a dumb litigation move. I wonder if that idiot Stephen Miller is calling some of the shots. Miller is not an attorney but ran a really nasty legal PAC for a while

And than if I remember right the SC unanimously told the government to get him back to this country.
