German media are full of comparisons of the Trump II regime with the Third Reich

Just a subtle reminder here and there that “we do NOT want to go there again. Just look at what’s going on in the USA.”

Listening to the radio during breakfast today.

But why is the population of the United States being so complacent? Every day it's something else....another human rights violation, an attack on another Latino community, another writ that constricts Black Americans rights, another erasure of Native American history, another elimination of health care or education somewhere in the country. Where is the outrage? The Orange Hitler is getting away with it!!

Legit. They bombard you either so much shit (shock), that you can’t pay attention to all of it and are left in a bewildered state (awe) before tuning out. Naomi Klein wrote about this concept in her book, Shock Doctrine.

Far too many US citizens have their heads in the sand and have no idea what is headed our way. Until something directly effects their life, they see us as alarmists.

Apparently a majority of our elected representatives are going to wait until it is all burned down before they call the fire department.

Oh, wait….there won’t be a fire department.

They've been there. They've done that. They're fully aware of the consequences, the utter disaster on the horizon for the US.

If only MAGA World and our own Congress would open their ears and turn on their brains.

History is lost on these dimwits and treason weasels.

but this Trump apocalypse is history repeating itself. There is historical documentation, within the last century that clearly lays out how an evil, despotic, crazed ruler destroyed a country and killed millions. It's there, detailed for all to see. There are books, journals, films, documentaries that show how this happened and how it was permitted to happen. yet is happening again. Ignorance is no excuse.

I am stunned that this country is on autopilot, and few are doing a damn thing to stop it. Many of our elected officials are inept or complicit, and many in the media are either too afraid or too stupid to point it out. The reign of Hitler is no longer a historical account, but an instructional manual.

We're watching history repeat itself. Trump and the GOP are doing the same goddamn things Hitler and Mussolini did.

This show needs to be required viewing. Run it every fucking day until we're rid of these monsters.
