The Pulse of America?
Do the polls really tell us where America is at or where we are headed?
How do the majority of Americans truly feel about Trump and his march to authoritarianism?
How do they feel about the Republicans in Congress abdicating all their power to the Executive Branch?
How do they really feel about the Democratic Party?
In my opinion, if we took the pulse of America, we would find a nation on edge, with a lot of anxiety about the economy and about their future.
We would find a nation truly concerned about the divorce from our long-time allies and the uncertainty about our trade policies and the Trump tariffs.
In my opinion, we would find a nation worried about the future of their children and grandchildren.
We would find our elderly population nervous about their Social Security and the future of Medicare.
Also, we would find a mostly apathetic nation that is not real enthusiastic about voting for anybody.
In my opinion, we would find a nation that has largely been propagandized by Trump and right-wing outlets like FOXNews.
We would not find an optimistic nation, full of hope, or happy with the direction we are headed.
We would find a nation that is uncertain and scared for what happens in the future?
