What if the next President arrests and deports Eric and Donnie Jr Trump?
No habeas corpus. No trial. No delay. Gone to El Salvador right now.

Just a declaration by the President.

Daddy Trump would have a zillion lawyers on it but after the fact.

If something being unconstitutional or illegal doesn't prevent TCF from doing something or punish him afterwards, those characteristics of unconstitutionality and illegality won't restrain the next POTUS either.

Musk broke immigration laws before he was a citizen so his citizenship should be revoked and he should be kicked out to wherever. Next, deport Stephen Miller just for the fun of it. It would scare the tar out of everyone else and because he deserves it.
