Washington – As work continues on coordinating President Trump’s June 14 birthday parade, White House staff continues to fine tune Mr. Trump’s apparel for the event. According to inside sources, a recent decision by the president to shun the usual blue business suite and red tie in favor of a military-style uniform has required some “original thinking”.

No president since George Washington has worn a military uniform while in office. Regardless, according to an anonymous White House source, Mr. Trump had two designs studied; a hybrid model combining elements of all services, and one “unique to the office of president”. The latter has now been selected. It will all white, feature contrasting epaulets, cuffs, collar, and scroll work, include conspicuous gold braid and honorific medallions, and “project the enormity of the office, the country, and President’s absolute dominance of the world”, according to the source, who is close to the President.
