🚨 Stephen Miller's group declared 'victory' over Ally Bank on April 7, saying the bank had 'retreated' from DEI. In 2024, Miller's America First Legal sued Ally, alleging 'Anti-White, Anti-Male Discrimination'

Ally Bank's website today:

about dei. the person was agin it. i explained that it’s good for business because it helps them find talented ppl that they otherwise might not. not just because of the color of their skin, but cuz they might not have gone to harvard, but, say, and hbcu or a state school. it’s about finding hidden talent.
and that’s y they do it, not cuz someone made a rule.

i think most businesses understand that. and good help is not that easy to find.
how that’s lost on ppl, i will never know. but it just shows how stupid racism makes u.

They hate 'DEI' but probably support 'diversity, equality and inclusion'.

I wish these media interviewers would ask Republicans opposed to DEI to explain what the acronym represents and then to explain why that is bad.
