Immigrants will be a money making scheme for prisons. The business people that employ them, get no punishment.

This will match the Laken Riley Act, someone accuses an immigrant of any crime, including their children, they can be held in definately without due process.

(3) (a) The offense of trespass by an illegal alien under this section is a felony for which the authorized term of imprisonment is life imprisonment without eligibility for probation, parole, conditional release, or release except by act of the Governor or the natural death of such person.

Seeing as it is Mississippi, I bet it will pass and become law, and then get copied by other red states.
