Sam Altman has reportedly considered small nuclear plants near them. I'm guessing coal plants would be much easier to build.

AI's going to do a lot of damage to the environment, but AI bros are saying our only hope of saving the planet is to give them everything they want and then someday ASI (superintelligent AI) will miraculously be born and will save all the stupid humans and their planet - as well as make us immortal, godlike, hybrid man-machine beings who will go forth and conquer the universe.

Just trust them...

Both Microsoft and eLoon have been approved for their AI server farms to have their own personal nuclear reactors to power them.
The idea of coal fire power plant will not come close to the power requirements, the stability or the cost effectiveness to be viable solution. Again, his limited child-like understanding of issues makes him dangerous.

to slash regulations. You know Trump likes "clean coal."

The AI bros talked a lot about clean energy before the election. They don't have to commit to it now. Especially if they can't wait several years for power from small nuclear reactors.

It's tRump BS.

I asked for a link to a serious policy proposal and you come up with gas turbines that have nothing to do with serious policy proposals on coal power plants.

with multiple coal plants. One in Rosemount, one in Farmington, another in Chaska and perhaps Hampton. Just drive southeast on US 52 and there will be a string of data centers between the Koch Refinery and Cannon Falls. It will be quite a site with those "clean coal" plants adjacent to the massive buildings.
