in Canada we're ever to outright deny some request that came from the Prime Minister, there would be hell to pay. GG represents King Charles and has a much bigger mansion than the PM. But that is all symbolism. Still, Canada fought two world wars side by side with the British and were there on day 1. I would hope the whole of the Commonwealth, Europe, the UN and the World are going to make it difficult for Trump to bully Canada (sanctions?).
