NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte called on the alliance to prepare for a major war:

Saying, "Our future security is at stake"

What they've been saying behind closed doors is now going public.

Preparing the citizenry or presenting a posturing position to The Evil Alliance ?

... that this will lead to war. One thing is clear, Russia's military is not very strong. If Putin has any sense at all, he will try to avoid war with NATO. A clear message can make mistakes less likely.

I wouldn’t be so sure Russia’s allies wouldn't jump into a bigger fray. Both of those countries have already gotten increasingly involved in Ukraine

I would be proud to see Mr. Trump line up with the Russian Forces against NATO.

I’m old but ready to return to Active Duty on the side of our traditional allies to fight our enemies.

I would be proud to return to Active Duty on the side of our traditional allies;

My understanding is that NATO is based on our traditional allies and Russia is our historical enemy?

So, not sure what your thought are?

I would hope that if Trump sides with Putin that Mr. Putin would make Trump a general, cause everything that Trump touches - dies.

Plus, with bone spurs - he’s unable to fight.

and it isn't clear (at least to me) how the military will react to some possibly very harmful directives.

I can see him telling the Pentagon to go help his buddy Putin fight Ukrainians and the upper ranks might
say "let's go" but the lower ranks will refuse most likely.

The poster is saying he would be proud to fight with Germany, France, UK etc. (our traditional allies) against Russia, NK and Iran. A bit hyperbolic but the sentiment seems clear to me.

…After enumerating Russia’s threat to individual European nations, Rutte closed with, “We have to put NATO on a war footing. “ It was clear to me that he was excluding America’s input — and I thought that was wise, under the circs.

But I very much want to see Trumps treasure... Musk, thief, and the other immigrants who want to clean out our country sent to war on the front lines at the very start. We call these guys tech bros, and infer their youth... whether or not they're young. They're Trumps treasure, along with their money. I want all of Trumps treasure burned to the ground. He's going to make sure as many of us good Americans die as possible. I want to ensure the opposite.

Knowing what comes out of china's wet markets, it makes perfect sense to put Kennedy in charge of health... if you want as few Americans possible left. Easier to just steal the country that way... and take down a respected democratic family and name.

You guys have been forgiving of my words and thoughts lately, so I won't push it. I truly appreciate the good people you are and I don't want to see anyone but trump and magas suffer. But I do want them to suffer for every slur they've uttered, every life they've taken. I'll just leave it at that.

Great! With Trump as Commander-in-Chief, Hegseth running the Pentagon, and Tulsi Gabbard as the new DNI and leaking our plans to Putin, we should just surrender now.

I think the earliness of these things is finally getting to me. Of course, it's been going on forever, but that 1/19 truce date + a 1/16 NATO expression of this type are making me feel like the carpet is being pulled out from under us in a different way. Never have I felt this way before.
