Kindness? All things in moderation. I'm not being kind to Republicans and worthless scumbags that treat me badly. I've had enough of being exploited and trampled on for several lifetimes, thank you.

Be post-punk as fuck. What would Mark E Smith do? Piss himself and write a poem probably.

But I have a cousin who is so kind that if someone slapped her in the face for no reason at all,

she'd say "Ahhh, he/she was just having a hard day."

into a concise slang-riddled abbreviation of the literature language.
I mean, really, fluid communication embodies so much that I don't know or have been aware of since I am not exactly tuned into the latest tech language, media, or digital social sites.
Now I have to figure out exactly what this means.
But I agree it may be what the above poster stated: mean people suck.
If this translation is off base please let me know.

In my world I am always translating English to foreign nationals so this is something I could add to my many reasons of why I am fond of how the English language has taken the American English to a different level. I haven't really spent any time on bluesky and found it a little hard to navigate when I did.

thanks for posting.

I tried to post this before and forgot the word kindness (as I transcribed it) so didn't put it up the first time as it didn't make any sense. Made more sense when I reread it with the word kindness. It is still not absolutely clear. Kindness as revolution is timely. Why wait for more Americans feels they should not be kind before kindness is made revolutionary.

and in a reaction to mean people suck it is an act of dismissal or ignore.
In other words from another language translated: Don't give them (mean people) much line (or rope).

Not sure if that alines with "don't give them rope". It is more the act of kindness that needs to become the norm. It is already the norm for me because I am Nova Scotian on both sides of my family. For others It may be more novel to be that way at every chance. Kindness. Rather than the meaness they are trying to promote at every turn including emergencies (California). Psychopaths will try and teach their cult to be mean. I had a roommate who was following a psychopath and I had no idea. She started to watch the Gerry Springer show and laugh at the poor souls on it. I called her out on that. She just laughed. She was in a cult.

We need to be kind everywhere so it is the behavior that is modeled. Not nasty narcissism of the cult. If we give them rope they will hang the weak. We need to take BIG ACTIONS!!!
