We are alone now and must be "the keeper(s) of the flame"

The President, Congress, the Supreme Court, the oligarchs, the administrative agencies, the corporate media will all be pushing their selfish and cruel agendas. The only obstructions between them and the dark abyss that remains are individuals who are willing to expose themselves in the darkness of the night by continuing to polish the glass surrounding the light in the hope that others can see it and gravitate to it. We must collectively be, as Joe Biden has said, "the keeper of the light" or it will dwindle and die, extinguishing the light seen by people of the world up until now.

Can we do it? I for one am going to try. I hope our little group will stand together over the next few years and can convince others that the light is still there and will shine bright again one day and that fighting for it is worth every drop of sweat and tears that it will take to get there.
