There was an advisor that was present but it was Biden’s plan for over a year. Biden did say that he had kept the advisor informed because that’s what presidents do during a transition. The presentation was worded like it was a team effort and I guess it will be after Monday so let’s see how this peace plan proceeds with a different team in charge
