Jack Smith's report is just a blip on the radar

Not much chatter about it. Not much breaking news. It was insignificant. It was just another day.

Trump made a bet that the court of public opinion mattered more than the court of law, and he made the right bet. It ended up being the court of public opinion that saved his ass the most.

5. They put him back on the ballot after he was correctly taken off. It never should have gotten to the election stage

to allow voters to decide what to do with such a notorious criminal?

It has harmed respect for the law. History will show what a grievous, self-destructive mistake it was.

4. While it's repulsive, think you nailed it. People/voters just didn't think his criminality mattered at polls.

It’s disgusting, but hope we learn something.

Heck, I think trump might have won — although less than 50/50 belief — campaigning from behind plexiglass had the big trials resulted in a conviction and meaningful sentence.

And as much as people think history is useless, it will have significance in decades and centuries to come.

9. Maybe. We won't live to see it unfortunately, and historians may be predominantly white wing in future.

The OP is talking about the impact of the report, its effect, not the report itself.
